Return & Refund

Hassle-Free Returns (30 Days)

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address and instructions on how to return your items. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

What can be returned?

  • Unused and unopened products in their original packaging with tags.
  • Products with original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Products purchased directly from aureloeclat.com.au or aureloeclat.com.

What cannot be returned?

  • Used or opened products.
  • Gift vouchers.
  • Promotional items.
  • Items purchased from other retailers.
  • Items without proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.


Refunds (Change of Mind):

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
  2. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs and any applicable taxes.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card account.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Exchange

We currently do not offer exchanges. 

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, no later than 7 days, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take corrective action. Be sure to include your order number, full name, and contact details.

After 7 days, we may not be able to process damage claims.


Cancellations or Changes

Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, you can return the order for a refund by following our Change of Mind policy.
